I was born in the Carpathian region (the south-western part of Ukraine) on January 18th, 1961. The surrounding nature and art lessons at high school gave me the first real taste of what it means to be the artist. In the period of 1977-1982 I studied at the Grekov Odessa Art School - the oldest and one of the more renowned school of arts in the country. After graduation I joined the local art collegiate and took the position as an art teacher in the local art school in Khust, Zakarpatska obl. Less
